Despite the escalating feud between the Jackson family, matriarch Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's three children attended the Jackson Brothers' "Unity" tour in Saratoga, Calif.
Gossip site TMZ obtained video of Katherine Jackson and grandchildren Paris, 14, Prince, 15, and Blanket, 10, at the Friday concert supporting Marlon, Tito, Jackie and Jermaine. Katherine Jackson received a standing ovation from the crowd when she was spotted entering the concert.
"The Jackson family is one...and we're one family. And we will heal," said Jermaine Jackson at the concert.
On Friday, Katherine's attorney Perry Sanders said in a statement to ABC News that the 82-year-old matriarch and her grandson TJ will file a joint petition at the beginning of this week asking the court to reinstate Katherine as the guardian and appoint TJ as a co-guardian of MJ's kids. TJ, 34, is the son of Tito Jackson. TJ Jackson was placed as a temporary guardian by a judge while Katherine Jackson was vacationing in a spa in Arizona.
During Jackson's time in Arizona, she reportedly had no contact with her grandchildren. She later claimed she was taking a break and had voluntarily cut off communication.
Jackson told ABC News in a televised statement that the court ruling was "based on a bunch of lies" and she was "devastated" the children were taken away from her.

"There are also rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped and held against my will," said Jackson. "My children would never do a thing like that, hold me against my will. It's very stupid for people to think that."
"I can't imagine an 82-year-old woman trying to raise three teenaged kids. I'm exhausted thinking about it," said ABC News consultant Howard Bragman of Reputation.com.
Responding to news of the deal between Katherine and TJ Jackson, Randy Jackson, one of Katherine's sons, said the agreement was based on "lies."
"In order to obtain temporary guardianship, TJ lied to the court. Rebbie, Janet, Jermaine and I would never harm our mother and we are doing our best to protect her and the Estate knows that. I want to know why Perry Sanders would consider a negotiation based on lies," Randy said in an exclusive statement to ABC News.
"The same people that are trying to manipulate my mother are the same people that were involved with my brother when he died," Randy said in the statement. He concluded his statement with, "It is my fear and belief, that they are trying to take my mother's life."
Meanwhile, Michael Jackson's siblings Randy, Jermaine, Janet and Rebbie are challenging the validity of his will and have demanded that the executors, John Branca and John McClain, step down. Jackson's entire fortune was left to his mother and three kids.
According to Michael Jackson's estate, he was $500 million in the hole when he died in 2009 but he has nearly earned that much back posthumously. From November 2010-December 2011, the trust gave the kids an allowance of $2,139,194. Of that allowance, over $400,000 was spent on residential expenses at Katherine Jackson's Calabasas, Calif. home, more than $650,000 on security and more than $53,000 on utilities.
"These kids technically are extremely wealthy," said ABC legal analyst Dana Cole. "The rest of the family, it's not that they're poor but they can't help but sort of drool over the future prospects."
