TEMECULA - Temecula, like the rest of the nation, has a growing concern for the health of our children.?Childhood obesity tripled in the past 30 years and lawmakers are struggling with ways to make healthier food and exercise more accessible to children.?
Rebecca Warren, the new owner/trainer of Kaia F.I.T. Temecula, also a family nurse practitioner, is excited to contribute to the solution. Women are great leaders in their household and in their community, and have tremendous influence on our future generation.?Working toward building a healthier community of women is the way to build a healthier community of children.?
"We attempt to create a lifestyle program of fun, new and exciting exercise coupled with healthy nutrition to create good habits which are passed on to families and that last a lifetime?No day is the same, your body doesn?t know what it is going to do next," said Warren.??

"A huge part of Kaia F.I.T.?s success has to do with the fact that women love to get together. We encourage each other every step of the way," said Warren.
Local women can come workout at any of the free demo classes offered ??Tuesdays: Sept. 25 and Oct. 3 at 6 a.m., and Saturdays: Sept. 29 and Oct. 6 at 9 a.m.
All demo workouts will be held at Ronald Reagan Sports Park?nearest Margarita Road?in Temecula.?Kaia will be giving away great prizes and answering questions regarding women?s health and fitness.?Pre-registration strongly encouraged.
